Exhibitiors
Entries (entry forms) for all sections close on 12th March 2025 at 6:00pm.
Entries (entry forms) may be posted to Sharon Kett, c/o Post Office, BENCUBBIN WA 6477, emailed to Sharon.kett@bencubbincrc.net.au or taken to the Exhibition Hall Office in the Activities Room at the Bencubbin Resource Centre on Wednesday 12th or Friday 14th March between 3:00pm and 6:00pm.
Prizes will be presented to the winners in the afternoon on Show Day. Those not collected on Show Day can be claimed from the secretary up to one month after the Show. Prizes not claimed by then remain the property of the Agricultural Society.
No exhibit can compete in more than one class.
The committee will take every care for the exhibits, but will not be responsible for any loss or accident, fire or other means, either in transit, in the building or during exhibition.
